Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. You can also pre-order from our seasonal collections. This way, you can plan ahead, place your order on time, and ensure you don’t miss out; it’s the smart choice! It also gives our clients the opportunity to reserve the desired concepts and/or displays a year in advance.

Pre-order our seasonal collections now!
By pre-ordering, you can plan ahead, secure your favourites, and avoid missing out – it’s the smart choice! Pre-order items come with multiple fixed delivery windows, so you can choose a timeframe that works best for you. Simply use the calendar in the webshop to select your preferred delivery time. Non available dates are crossed out.
Please note: pre-orders are processed per collection. If you want items from different collections, you’ll need to place separate orders. Ultimately, we can combine a pre-order and a stock order as requested, but the pre-order’s delivery week takes precedence.
Each order will receive its own confirmation, including the exact delivery date.

1. Which items are available for pre-order?
You can pre-order from our seasonal collections, giving you the chance to plan ahead.
2. When will my pre-order be delivered?
For pre-orders, you can choose from 3 delivery windows. Each window closes 30 days in advance, so depending on availability, you may only see one or two windows if others have already closed.
3. Can I pre-order items from multiple collections at once?
No, each collection pre-order is treated as a separate order, so they can’t be combined. You’ll also receive a separate order confirmation for each one.
4. Can I combine a pre-order with items in stock in one order?
No, we can’t combine the delivery windows for pre-orders with the fast delivery of in-stock items. These items must be ordered separately.
5. Will seasonal collections also be available as in-stock items?
Closer to the start of the season, part of the seasonal collections will be available as in-stock items.
