Lamboo Dried & Deco announces succession and new phase
After 43 years of entrepreneurship, a new chapter is unfolding for Lamboo Dried & Deco. With great care and confidence, Jan and Francis Lamboo will pass on the day-to-day management of their family business to Wouter de Keizer as of 31 December 2025. Having been closely involved as CEO since mid-2025, he is ready, together with the team, to continue building on what they have created with such dedication and heart.
A strong foundation for the future
Over the past decades, Jan and Francis Lamboo have built Lamboo Dried & Deco into a leading player in natural decorations and dried flowers. What started as a family business has grown into an international organisation with a strong market position.
Since partnering with investor Anders Invest in 2023, the organisation has been further professionalised and prepared for its next phase of growth. The leadership transition aligns seamlessly with this development.
Focus on growth and internationalisation
Under the leadership of Wouter de Keizer, Lamboo Dried & Deco will focus in the coming years on further international growth, strengthening its retail presence and optimising operational performance. Quality, collaboration and sustainability will remain central to the company’s strategy.
Francis Lamboo will step down from her role within the organisation as of 31 December 2025. Jan Lamboo will remain involved in an advisory capacity, contributing his expertise in cultivation, quality and long-standing relationships with growers.
